Contributed by Bob Blakey, whose grandfather Harry Blakey took these pictures. His album was compiled at the time of the "Bombardment of Tsingtau", in his own words. Dates in the album suggest Harry served on the S.S. Shuntien from 1914 to 1916 as a ship's engineer. Harry Blakey (1884-1936) apprenticed at Sunderland, England, from 1899 to 1906.
